Advanced Power Electronics Learning in Collaboration with Fourfront Pvt Ltd, PCK Energy and Anshuman ,Pune

The Advanced Power Electronics Laboratory is a state-of-the-art facility designed to provide hands-on learning and research experience in modern power conversion and electric drive technologies. The lab features an IGBT-based controlled rectifier and inverter panel, enabling students to explore controlled AC-DC and DC-AC power conversion. A dedicated BLDC Motor Training System helps learners study sensor-based and sensorless speed control methods. The Three-Phase VVVF Drive System facilitates experimentation with industrial motor control applications. The laboratory includes an Electric Vehicle Training System along with an AC EV charger, supporting the emerging field of e-mobility. A Battery Management System (BMS) Trainer enables analysis of battery safety, cell balancing, and SOC estimations. Measurement and waveform analysis are supported through a 2-channel digital storage oscilloscope and dual trace CRO attachment for advanced signal diagnostics. Together, these facilities make the lab a hub for innovation, skill development, and research in power electronics and electric mobility.
