Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)

Home » Research » Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)

One of the most important aspects of an institute’s continuous innovative/cutting edge research is the generation of intellectual property or copyrights. Innovative ideas developed by students and faculty must be acknowledged in the form of intellectual property (IPs) that are sufficiently secured in order to enable them to create commercial value in today’s most competitive global economy. The MMCOE IPR cell aims to improve competitiveness, raise awareness, and offer insights into the intricate process of intellectual property development, ownership, and protection. This will be accomplished by a committed team of internal faculty members who have received the necessary training in the field as well as lawyers and attorneys who have exposure to and expertise with the patent granting process providing support, direction, and due diligence.
