Symposium on Sustainable and Futuristic Technology (TechSpark 2026) Symposium Dates 22nd April 2026

The Student Symposium 2025-26 mainly aims at fostering a platform for undergraduate and postgraduate engineering students to not only showcase  innovation but also have knowledge exchange thus enforcing professional growth. It encourages students to present their technical ideas, research work, and project innovations, thereby enhancing their confidence, communication skills, and analytical abilities. The symposium also facilitates interaction with experts and  academicians, helping students gain insights into emerging technologies, real-world challenges, and career pathways.

Overall, it aims to nurture a culture of collaboration, critical thinking, and continuous learning while promoting academic excellence and industry readiness among budding engineers.

Authors Guidelines

  • Authors are invited to submit papers through the Conference Management Tool (CMT) submission site in PDF format by  20th Jan, 2026.

The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.

  • No show policy: Registered papers will be listed in ISBN Proceeding
  • Papers must be relevant to the theme of the conference
  • Plagiarism should be less than 20%, self-citations less than 10%, AI below 20% not more than 2% from any single source
  • Only accepted and presented papers will appear in the official MMCOE ISBN-numbered Proceedings.
  • Authors must sign a copyright declaration.
  • Conflict of Interest from reviewer should be taken for quality reviews

 

Registration Guidelines:

Once your paper is accepted the registration process begins. You need to complete the following steps for the registration confirmation.

  • Step 1: It is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted paper to register in order for the paper to appear in the proceedings and included in the Technical Presentation.
  • Step 2 : Camera Ready Paper submission. Any modification must be done before the last date of Registration only.
  • Step 3: Registration Confirmation.

Payment confirmation will be given after getting the full payment proof and Registration form. All authors and listeners must take the final schedule and venue details before starting the journey to the conference.

 

Manuscript Guidelines:

  • Paper content must be original and relevant to one of the many conference topics.
  • The papers must be written in English, maximum up to 07 pages (including figures and references).
  • Use the IEEE template for manuscript preparation.
  • Authors are required to ensure the accuracy of quotations, citations, diagrams, maps, and tables.

 

Plagiarism Policy:

  • The paper prior to submission should be checked for plagiarism from licensed plagiarism software like Turnitin / iAuthenticate etc. Further, the following ethical guidelines for publication should be strictly prohibited.
  • Any form of self-plagiarism or plagiarism from others’ work(s) should not be there in an article. If any model / concept / figure / table / data / conclusive comment by any previously published work is used in the submitted article, should be properly cited

In case, any copyrighted material is used, prior permission from the copyright holder should be acquired.
